AVerMedia AverTV Volar Black HD A850 tuners can receive the firmware needed for Linux DVB-T operation. It is useful when the USB TV tuner is detected but cannot function without its firmware file.
Firmware is hardware support data, not a TV viewer application. Install matching tuner software separately and use the firmware only with compatible devices.
